Dried Thyme

Dried thyme adds earthy, savory flavor to dishes like soups, stews, roasted meats, vegetables, and sauces. It is often paired with poultry, lamb, tomatoes, and beans, while also making great teas, infused oils, or compound butters. Incorporate thyme early in cooking for depth or at the end as a garnish. I use it on my biscuits and gravy!
